Breach of AUP Procedure (acceptable User Policy)

• If breach reported to tutor by MITEL, a usage printout must accompany this report detailing such breach.
• When unacceptable sites identified, tutor co-ordinator to visit home to discuss breach with family.
• Tutor co-ordinator to remove PC or hard drive only where possible and have checked and cleared by Edict.
• PC/Hard Drive may be returned to pupil following appropriate discussions between all relevant parties.
• Obtain undertaking from family that breach will not re-occur.
• If not satisfied that breach was accidental and will not re-occur; tutor co-ordinator to explain to school of origin that pupil is not suitable for project.
• Tutor co-ordinator to explain actions to school of origin and line manager.
