Fault Reporting Procedure
Pupil or parent to work through User Handbook - Fault Section.
If this proves insufficient - Pupil or parent to Contact Tutor.
If this proves insufficient, tutor to try to resolve problem.
If this proves insufficient tutor to report to tutor co-ordinator.
If tutor co-ordinator cannot resolve, matter to be reported to MITEL helpdesk where PC or software problem, or MAST if connection problem.
Tutor co-ordinator to monitor progress and follow up if necessary until resolved
