This can be used by a Tutor to assist a Pupil in a "live" environment.
The Tutor can take control of the Pupils desktop and assist or Tutor for
any purpose necessary. This function also provides the ability to reduce
technical support time and costs as many issues can be resolved without
the need for a home visit.
Net Support School - An effective and pro-active software
management tool that extends the filtering and control of Pupil desktop
services to Tutors. As an example, further Internet filtering can be provided
to the level of each individual Pupil rather than a base line filter to
all users. Required activity reports can be produced by the Tutors without
having to request such reports from 3rd party contractors managing the
network thus ensuring efficient activity management.
