Project Partners (Technical Solution)
The Tutor Team: A Tutor Team has been created and is
dedicated in supporting the pupils attached to the SchoolsOut project.
By using technology this support function can now be provided not only
on a face-to-face basis but also through:
- Remote desktop management
- Centrally based and moderated forum
- Centrally based file sharing area
- E-mail
The Tutor team will also monitor the service performance, activity reports,
fault escalation, and advise on SchoolsOut service enhancements.
The current representatives are:
