User Disconnection and Equipment Retrieval Procedure
Tutor co-ordinator to advise MAST of disconnection 90 days in advance
where possible. (Please note: If less than 90 days notice given, payment
will still be due for the full notice period)
Tutor co-ordinator to arrange meeting with school to review pupil's
involvement.
Tutor co-ordinator to liaise with family and Edict re date and time
to collect equipment.
Tutor to accompany Edict to retrieve equipment from pupil's home.
Tutor co-ordinator to update equipment inventory.
Retrieved equipment to be stored at Richmond Park School.
Edict to rebuild hard drive for re-allocation.
Tutor co-ordinator to confirm with MAST that service no longer required
at relevant address.
Tutor co-ordinator to advise MITEL to cancel pupil's account.
Tutor co-ordinator to remove pupil from VPN.
Where required MAST to advise BT that service no longer required.
MAST to advise tutor co-ordinator when BT will uplift equipment.
Tutor co-ordinator to arrange tutor to accompany BT to uplift their equipment.
